All personal belongings not strictly necessary for gameplay — at the discretion of the responsible Game Master — must be left outside the game area and stored in the security lockers provided, under the supervision of the Game Master.

The Game Master will wait for players for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. Once this grace period has elapsed, the Game Master will activate the countdown and may deliver the pre-game briefing during the regular play session, in order to ensure the timely running of subsequent bookings.

The Game Master reserves the right to deny entry to the game area to any player who appears to be under the influence of substances that impair clarity, psycho-physical balance or motor coordination. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the missed game experience, as the situation is directly caused by the player's own conduct.

The game scenario has been designed with all necessary precautions to preserve its integrity. The elements and objects within the scenario are not hazardous to players' health when used with ordinary care and in their intended manner. Any action — whether intentional or accidental — that causes damage to objects or persons as a result of conduct not in line with the Game Master's instructions will be attributed directly to the player, absolving the staff of all liability.

Solving the puzzles requires rational thinking through deduction and intuition. No special skills or prior knowledge are required: strength, acrobatics and force are not needed to complete the game. In the event of conduct contrary to these rules, the Game Master reserves the right to terminate the session immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the missed game experience, as the situation is directly caused by the player's own conduct.

At the end of the session, the scenario will be inspected by staff. Any damage to objects or the venue caused by improper player conduct will be reported to the player within — and no later than — three days from the date the session took place. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the player accepts responsibility for the repair or compensation of any damages caused, at their own expense.

The player acknowledges that the following are strictly prohibited: copying, sharing, publishing or using any content relating to the game or associated activities, which are the property of Adventure Rooms Italy. Adventure Rooms Italy reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any violation of the above prohibitions.
